你需對帳號、憑證及所有活動負責。請妥善保管密碼，如發現未授權使用，請及時通知我們。
3. 付款
價格、計費週期與稅費可能適用。訂閱在未取消的情況下會自動續訂。
4. 退款
依最新政策，個人原因的退款不予受理。詳情及例外情況請見退款政策。
5. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities include infringement, abuse, security violations and excessive automation. See AUP.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to process, store and display content solely to provide the services. You represent you have sufficient rights and will not upload infringing content.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the services in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, use of the services, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with courts in Singapore having exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
