1. शर्तों की स्वीकृति
खाता बनाने या सेवा का उपयोग करने पर, आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं और गोपनीयता नीति तथा रिफंड नीति को स्वीकार करते हैं।
2. खाते
आप अपने खाते, साख और सभी गतिविधियों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें और अनधिकृत उपयोग होने पर हमें सूचित करें।
3. भुगतान
मूल्य निर्धारण, बिलिंग चक्र और कर लागू हो सकते हैं। सदस्यता रद्द न करने पर स्वचालित रूप से नवीनीकृत होती है।
4. रिफंड
वर्तमान नीति के अनुसार, व्यक्तिगत कारणों से रिफंड समर्थित नहीं हैं। विवरण और अपवादों के लिए रिफंड नीति देखें।
5. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities include infringement, abuse, security violations and excessive automation. See AUP.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to process, store and display content solely to provide the services. You represent you have sufficient rights and will not upload infringing content.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the services in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, use of the services, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with courts in Singapore having exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Language
Translations are provided for convenience. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
